Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

We may terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or violations of this Agreement.

We offer three one-time purchase plans: Starter = 1 domain / Advanced = 10 domains / Elite (Agency) = 20 domains. Official prices are listed at cloneshielder.com.

Each CS-XXXX license allows activation of the corresponding number of distinct WordPress domains. There is no per-license page quota limit, only active domain limits.

Dynamic cloning (React, Vue, Next.js, SPA via Playwright) is included only in the Elite plan. Starter and Advanced use static cloning.

Licenses are issued only after confirmed payment via webhook. The success page alone does not release a license.

You represent and warrant that you have legal authority to clone, reproduce and publish target pages, or that this is permitted by applicable copyright / fair use law.

You are solely responsible for: offers, marketing messages, affiliate link destinations, replacements, compliance with privacy laws (LGPD/GDPR), consumer protection codes, ad platform rules and your affiliate processor terms.

Do not use the Service for illegal activities, phishing pages, social engineering, malware, scam pages, copyrighted content without permission or any material violating third-party rights.

The CloneShield plugin is distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+). The code is free as in freedom per the GPL.

Trademarks, logos, "CloneShield" word mark and original marketing materials are owned by CloneShield. You may not use them in competing products or in a way suggesting endorsement.

Included third-party packages: Matomo DeviceDetector (LGPL-3.0-or-later), Mustangostang Spyc (MIT). Their licenses ship with the vendor/ folder.

The plugin communicates with cloneshielder.com (CloneShield Central, Next.js + Supabase) for license validation, dynamic cloning and analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.

For premium features, Central forwards requests internally to the Playwright cloning API using a private server-side key. No private service keys are sent to the plugin.

Third-party payment processors (Stripe, Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz, Braip, Monetizze) have their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, compatibility with every WordPress theme/plugin, or that cloning works on 100% of target pages, especially sites with robust anti-bot measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloneShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 (twelve) months preceding the claim date, or USD 20.00 (whichever is greater).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We offer a 7-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee from purchase date. If the Service does not meet your expectations, contact suporte@cloneshielder.com describing the issue and we will do our best to resolve it or issue a full refund.

Refunds are not granted for abuse, illegal use, violation of these Terms, or effective usage of licenses/domains beyond reasonable testing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at cloneshielder.com/en/terms (and translations). Continued use after changes accepts the new version.

We may suspend or terminate access for unremedied material violations within 7 days of notice, or immediately for legal/security risk.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, regardless of its conflict of law rules.

The exclusive venue for resolving any disputes shall be the courts of the Capital of the State of São Paulo, Brazil.
